COULD I BECOME AN ACTRESS?

-Im Doing drama Classes and plays in Highschool,



plus im joining my local Theater school for several acting workshops and several theater classes?



Plus i sing aswell?



does all this criteria is good for getting an agent?Well, yes you could become an actress but most agents want you to have a resume. So do the local plays and try to find local college films and local commercials to build up a resume. Unless you go to open calls you won't get in the business fast. Also, I'm not positive on this but I guess if your really good with you monologue at your open call with an agency and you don't have a resume you could possibly get signed, but don't quote me on that. Singing is a plus as well as dancing. It's called being a triple threat, many directors look for that, especially on the Disney Channel and Nickelodeon. Take some lessons too, and practice different accents and learn different languages, movies and television shows are always asking actresses and actors to learn accents or languages in a month of less. So won't you look better than the others up for the role when you say, "I already learned so & so."
It could be helpful, but the most important thing is your being an actress now in the school and community plays and musicals, that is going to tell an agent if you are any good.
