How do you get an acting job ?

-im 14 years old and my dream is to be an actor, im really good at it i play main roles in school plays, but i want a big acting job, i live in canada and i would like to know how to get an addition for some sort of showWell until 18, it's up to your parents, but try to build up a resume and get signed with a talent agency. Do some short films, college films, non - union roles or local commercials. Also, go to open calls. Disney Channel Canada does open calls year round, as does every Disney Channel(US, UK, Asia, etc)

Nickelodeon also does open calls but I believe it's not as frequent as Disney's are. Now open calls are not a promise of employment but they do help you get prepared for auditions and what to expect at them. But expect long lines, so bring something to do. You also must have a parent or legal guardian with you. Disney puts it on their site all the time when they have open calls, but I'm not sure if they post for other countries, if so print out the open call form and bring a current photo with you. They do give the form at the audition but it will look more professional. Selena Gomez got founded at an open call, so maybe you could get founded too!
