Should I put this on my resume?

-I was on the local news and I did a few scenes from this play I was in (I was the lead) with a few other cast members.



With it be under television or should this type of thing not even be on a resume?Definitely put the play on your resume, but don't put that on there as it was just the advertisement for the play, and it might come across as redundant or a bit desperate.
Only if you're really desperate. I'd leave the play itself in, but omit the news thing. It could look like you're trying too hard to fill out the resume!
Don't put it on...it was just on tv to advertise for your show. It doesn't count.
