Where can i find a good 45 second monologue?

-I am going to be auditioning next weekend and need to find a great 45 second monologue to do. I have been surfing the web for female monologues but non of them seem to fit me. I am 19, vegetarian, and more to the shy side then hyper. The kinds of monologues i tend to come across are for older people, i need one that is more of my age range. Please help lol.
