Which Disney audition to go to?

-I am going to Florida to audition to become a cast member for the Disney parks. I have gone to the Disney Auditions website and I see that some of the audition listings are very similar. I was wondering what the best one to attend would be: Disney Character Performers for Shows & Parades, Disney Character Look-alikes or Disney Character Look-alikes. I would love to be a face character but i realize that is a very difficult position to get.
