Universoul Circus Auditions?

-So im a 17 year old female and I went to this circus the other day and I fell in love with it ! I already love dancing and in the beginning they do a dance that i KNOW i can do. I think it would be a nice gig for me so I would like to know how to find auditions for it. I would like to be a hip hop dancer and a showgirl. thank you
